Karen has been working hard on her swing over the past couple of months and it is now paying dividends with her latest win in Lady Captain’s Day, lowering her handicap by two shots. In the past Karen has always had a tendency to hit the ball to the left due to a steep, out to in swing (see ‘before’ picture below). This also caused a loss of distance.

As you can see in the ‘after’ picture on the right, Karen is now swinging the club down on a good swing plane, leading to more distance and straighter shots.
